Programme Manager

- Advice and support Deputy Mayor with planning, managing, organizing, and effectively executing all development initiatives and Construction Projects of the Jeddah Municipality Saudi Arabia, as well as coordinate the completion of these projects with the Directors General within Jeddah Municipality (JM).

- Providing advice and assistance to the Deputy Mayor to design, implement and manage an efficient and effective Project Management Office (PMO) structure and procedures for the Jeddah Municipality.

- Civil or Structural engineering degree, preferably with higher degree in areas relevant to the position with a Program Management Certification.

- A minimum of 20 years experience out of which 10-12 years of relevant experience in Civil and Structural construction programs / projects management at PMO level including at least 2 years of experience in a government organization.

Manager - Programme & Projects Controls

- Provide advice and support to Program Manager on cost estimating, projects accounting, planning & scheduling to Project Operations of the Jeddah Municipality Saudi Arabia, as well as coordinate the completion of these projects with the Directors General within Jeddah Municipality (JM).

- Providing advice and assistance to the Directors General of Contracts, Program Manager / Project Managers on cost estimating, project accounting, planning and scheduling to capital and operations and maintenance projects.

- Engineering Degree, preferably with higher degree in areas relevant to the position.

- 18+ years experience in the areas of "Estimating, Cost Control, Scheduling and Planning" for an engineering / construction firm in Transportation & Tunnel, Facilities and Water filtration & Waste Water supporting EPCM design projects. Experienced as Cost / Planning Manager on major capital projects above SR50 million. Strong understanding of risk management and experience of using a disciplined project. Proficiency with Scheduling software P3 ("Primavera Project planner" - latest version), MS Project Planner, Primavera Sure Track.

Manager - QA / QC and HSE

- Assist Directors General HSE, AQ / QC and Program manager in the preparation and implementation of the procedures, coordinating audits and obtaining certification to international quality standards such as ISO 9000, and as well as OHSA standards. Also responsible for all Health Safety and Environmental aspects, including framing a policy, formulating and implementing safety manuals and work procedures within Jeddah Municipality (JM).

- Providing advice and assistance to the Directors General HSE, QA/QC and Program manager / Project Managers on HSE and QA / QC matters for the projects.

- Engineering Degree, preferably with higher degree in areas relevant to the position, register with National Institute of Occupational safety and health.

- 15 years of working experience in construction Quality Management of Bridges, roads buildings and other infrastructure projects. Experience in managing safety and environmental issues at project site.

Manager (Project Management Support & Services)

- Development and Implementation of a complete Project Management (PM) Tools, PM Competency Standards, Gateway, Audit and Project Health Check (PHC).

- Initiate, develop, implement, validate and consolidate complete PM tools, PM Competency standards, Gateway, audit and PHC.

- Engineering degree, preferably with higher degree in areas relevant to the position.

- 18 years experience in the initiation, development, and implementation of PM tools, PM Competency standards, Gateway Audit and PHC for Engineering and construction firms Projects.

Manager (Training)

- Development training plans, conduct training in generic hard and soft areas of project management covering nine knowledge areas as well as training of systems like Project Management (PM) Tools, Project Management Competency Standards, gateway / Audit / PHC, Lean construction and other associated training.

- Initiation, development, conduct, training plans , programs to integrated project teams.

- Engineering degree, preferably with higher degree in areas relevant to the position.

- 15 years experience in planning, conducting, material development for training for engineering / construction firms / university etc.

Manager (Lean Construction)

- Development and implementation of Lean Construction System to projects.

- Initiate, develop, implement, validate and consolidate Lean Construction inititatives in all projects.

- Engineering degree, preferably with higher degree in areas relevant to the position.

- 12 years experience in Project or Construction Management with a reputable construction firm and 6-8 years in the development and rolling out of Lean Construction program for engineering and construction firms.

Manager of Projects, Construction

- Plans, directs and coordinates activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.

- Provide Lead, advice and assistance to the Directors General PMO / Project Managers / Construction Managers for construction projects. Will be focal point or one window operation for the Projects throughout its life cycle for matrix management of various project resources for construction in an integrated project team (IPTs).

- Civil and Structural Engineering degree, preferably with higher degree in areas relevant to the position with a Program / Project Management Certification.

- 18+ years experience in Project Management of Bridges, tunnels, roads and buildings with good track record.

Manager of Projects, O & M

- Plans, directs and coordinates activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.

Construction Manager, Roads & Civil Works

- Plan, manage, coordinate and exercise functional authority for planning , scheduling, organization, control, integration and completion of construction projects within area of assigned responsibility.

- Responsible for management of safety, scope, schedule and budget for assigned area and for matrix management of various project resources for construction.

- Civil Engineering degree, preferably with higher degree in areas relevant to the position with a Program / Project Management Certification.

- 12+ years experience in Project Management of roads, buildings and related infrastructure works.

Construction Manager, Bridges, Tunnels, Roads

- Plan, Manage, coordinate and exercise functional authority for planning, scheduling, organization, control, integration, and completion of construction projects within area of assigned responsibility.

- Responsible for management of safety, scope, schedule, and budget for assigned area and for matrix management of various project resources for construction.

- Structural Engineering degree, preferably with higher degree in areas relevant to the position Preferably Construction Management Certification.

- 12+ years experience in Construction Management of bridges, tunnels, and other complex structures with good track record.

Construction Manager, Hydraulics, Desal & STP plants

- Plan, manage, coordinate and exercise functional authority for planning, scheduling, organization, control, integration, and completion of construction projects within area of assigned responsibility.

- Responsible for management of safety, scope, schedule and budget for assigned area and for matrix management of various project resources for construction.

- Civil Engineering degree, preferably with higher degree in areas relevant to the position. Preferably Construction Management Certification.

- 12+ years experience in Construction Management of waste water, irrigation, storm water, water fountains and other related civil works.

Construction Manager, Parks, Beautification and Public Facilities

- Plan, manage, coordinate and exercise functional authority for planning, scheduling, organization, control, integration and completion of construction projects within area of assigned responsibility.

- Responsible for management of safety, scope, schedule and budget for assigned area and for matrix management of various project resources for construction.

- Civil Engineering degree, preferably with higher degree in areas relevant to the position. Preferably Construction Management Certification.

- 12+ years experience in Construction Management of Parks, Public facilities and City Beautifications and infrastructure works / projects.

Contracts Manager

- Prepare, Manage, advice and support Program Manager on construction as well as Operations and Maintenance projects contracts.

- Prepare, manage, advice, and assistance to the Directors General Contracts / Program Manager / Project Managers / Construction Managers / Engineering on Contracts for construction as well as Operations and Maintenance projects contracts of Jeddah Municipality (JM) Saudi Arabia.

- Quantity Surveying or Engineering degree, preferably with a law or higher degree in areas relevant to the position. Registered with international professional bodies.

- 15+ years experience.

Lead Engineers in Civil, Structural, Hydraulics, Urban Planner and Corrosion

- Manage the overall program design and engineering activities including managing the multiple, world class design consultants, contractors, the design management team and design tools team.

- Provide advice and assistance to the Directors General, Engineering / Program Manager / Project Manager / Construction Managers on design and engineering aspect of the projects including engineering estimates for the Jeddah Municipality (JM) Saudi Arabia.

- A minimum of 15+ years experience in respective discipline in design and engineering of major high-value infrastructure such as Urban planning bridges, roads, buildings, open spaces, storm, water drainage, irrigation, waste water system, culvert and boxes programs of a City Development.

- A successful track record in the delivery of large fast tracked programs with strong risk management skills.

Lead Transportation Planning Engineer

- Manage the overall Transportation Planning program activities including managing the Transportation & Traffic engineering Consultant, traffic volume count contractor and Transportation Planning section staff team.

- Provide advice and assistance to the Transportation & Traffic Engineering division Manager on Transportation Planning aspect of the projects including modeling, Transportation Capital Improvement Program for the Jeddah Municipality (JM) Saudi Arabia.

- Advanced degree in transportation Planning.

- Strong understanding of transportation planning principles and methodologies.
